Capturing verses brings together photographic and literary works with which the author pays tribute to six women writers and artists from the generation of '27, known as "Las Sinsombrero", a group that defied the norms of the time and that, despite their great talent, and the national and international success they enjoyed in their time, history did not do them justice. The work and activism of these women is fundamental to understanding the culture and history of a country that not only did not claim them at the same level as their generation mates, but alsomade invisible.
The images allegorically interpret poems belonging to Ernestina de Champourcin, Concha Méndez, Josefina de la Torre, Rosa Chacel, María Zambrano and Marga Gil Roësset.
